- what i will/won't do -

❤︎ OCs, furries, ponies, pokemon, humans, and nudity are all fine!
❤︎ ask about light gore (blood and minimal guts)
❤︎ ask about mild nsfw. suggestive is okay!
❤︎ fanart is fine, but i may turn it down if anime!
❤︎ ask about complex characters (may charge a fee)!

mecha, robots, and vehicles are a no-go!⨉

general

- by ordering any nsfw art, you are agreeing that you are 18 years old or older.
- your order is for digital art, not prints.
- you may commission multiple pieces at once.
- as an artist, my style is always changing and developing, so new pieces may not look like the examples. i will not re-do previously finished pieces due to style change.
- i will not work with AI whatsoever. references that include AI will result in you getting blocked.
- you may not feed any of my art to any AI at any point in the process.
- my work is only for personal use. commercial use is not allowed.
- you are not allowed to copy or trace my art in anyway.
- you may not claim my art as your own.
- if you post my art anywhere, or use it as an icon/banner, please credit me!
- all my work is watermarked until fully paid.
- all my work is signed, and will not be removed.
- you may not edit out, crop out, draw over, or remove my watermark or signature without linking to or crediting me.
- i reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.
- i reserve all rights to my art, including posting it on my personal social media accounts.
- you may ask for your comm to not be posted, however, and i will honor it.

payment

- do not send payment until i have confirmed your slot.
- payments must be made in USD, either through Ko-fi or CashApp.
- orders under $50, full price must be paid (and cleared) upfront.
- orders above $50, half must be paid upfront, half must be paid upon completion.
- refunds may be requested at any time prior to sketch being approved.
- if payment is not made within 48 hours, your commission will be canceled and your slot will reopen.
- if your commission is not finished within 4 weeks, you may request a full refund.

contact

- discussions of commissions will be done through method of initial contact.
- i will not work with descriptions. i require at least one picture for reference, but more is always good!
- if you provide a low quality, shaded, or traditional reference, the colours may be a bit off.
- will only accept references in picture format, not links.
- i don't design OCs! so if you want a full body, please don't provide just a bust photo!
- you will be allowed 2 free revisions during the sketch phase, and 1 free revision during the colouring phase. every revision after the allotted ones will cost extra.
- if i make any error in any visual element to the piece, it will be revised at no extra cost.
- if you cancel the commission, you must pay depending on how finished the piece is (25% of full price during sketch phase, 50% during line art phase, 75% during flat colour phase).

work process

- first come, first serve.
- work only starts after payment has gone through.
- i will provide a simple background for free (shape, colour, gradient, pride flag, or all four).
- time estimates depend entirely on the commission, but generally expect me to take 1-2 weeks to finish your order. please be patient!
- will provide update per major phase/change* (sketch > colour > finished piece, and revisions where necessary).

- (if you order a rendered piece) you will receive a watermarked pic upon completion, and the un-watermarked pic once fully paid.
- once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image in psd, png, and jpg formats (and gif/mp4 where applicable).
